Love the watch, died quickly- replaced for 5

I did not have this watch very long before it started acting buggy and the battery wouldnt keep. Returned for a 5 was that was what was recommended by Garmin.

Watch stopped working.

My watch has a blue triangle and keep shutting off. Need help or replacement watch. I have had this problem for about three months

If your watch is stuck on the blue triangle and keeps shutting down on its own, I recommend performing a hard reset. You can do this by connecting it to a power source, then pressing and holding the power button until the watch turns off (up to 30 full seconds). Once the screen is blank, you can release the button and turn your watch on again like normal. If the issue persists after following these steps, please call 800-800-1020 to speak with a Support representative and get help with this concern. *KC

Good while it lasted

This watch is decent and did what it was supposed to do. However, I believe it makes no sense to include option in this device that not functional. All it does is provides frustration and disappointment. The Cadence sensor never worked. time to upgrade but new watches are pricey

Works works great but one thing I can't figure out

Excellent product, but I cannot figure out how to put it in an airplane mode or turn off the Bluetooth when sleeping? All the instructions I have are different, and none of them work.

Good looking easy to use

I was looking for a second Garmin watch to replace one that was stolen. The vivoactive was a good choice, with a wide range of apps available. It is also lighter in weight, which is a nice change. Looks nice as well.

disappointed

I am a Garmin watch fan. I have three now, and one before that. The vivoactive 4 is the best looking, worst performing one I've had. The battery only lasts 3 or 4 days (compared to the 10-ish, I get from my others), and it frequently loses contact with my phone app (the others, never do). Like the look of the watch. Wish it worked as well as my others.
