My dresser got delivered yesterday and the quality is soooooo nice. The color is pretty accurate to the online picture. The top 3 drawers are felt lined that you can take out if wanted.

Would have given 4 stars but after it was delivered noticed that the joints on the dresser were not fully together. Instead of just offering to replace the defective piece I am having to wait for some furniture repair technician to verify its damaged then instead of replacing the piece they will try to fix it. The rest of the pieces are great and my fiance loves them. The delivery guys were awesome and early. So I suggest if you purchase from Macys go over them with a fine tooth comb before the delivery guys leave.

I accepted delivery of the Gatlin 9 drawer dresser on March 30, 2023. One of the drawers did not close fully. Macys sent a repairman to adjust the drawer. I wish now that I had returned the dresser. IT IS A PIECE OF JUNK! It is literally falling apart before my eyes. Cracks have appeared in the “wood” on the side of the dresser and on two of the drawers. Three drawers no longer close fully. I am the only one who uses this dresser. It has not been abused or moved since the day it was delivered yet it’s falling apart. DO NOT BUY THIS DRESSER, IT IS POORLY MADE WITH SUB-PAR MATERIALS. It’s an overpriced piece of junk furniture. I would have been better off at a no-name furniture mart.

Not only was the bed damaged during delivery, we then had to contact their technician to come out who then cancelled 4 times. Then when Macys gave us a window of two hours 2-4pm it was not delivered or nobody contacted us. At 7pm I said forget it my kids are going to bed. DO NOT BUY FURNITURE FROM MACYS.
