Earring posts were bent back completely on arrival

I didnt have the opportunity to wear them as they were damaged when i received them. The posts were bent sideways. They were shipped in a small ziplock bag placed in a bubble envelope. Looked like they had been stomped on. I returned them. Sad, I was really looking forward to wearing those earrings.
