Terrible zipper!

At first, I loved the look and feel of the coat. However, the zipper doesn’t work and I had to return it. Don’t waste your time!

A zipper issue and shed.

The jacket offers adequate warmth. The interior fur lining is a valuable feature. Nonetheless, the zipper's quality seems inferior, as it frequently becomes stuck and does not zip up smooth. Also, the jacket's outer shell sheds fuzzy material, the exact composition of which is uncertain.

Pretty but doesn’t work

I love the style of the coat but it’s not symmetrical and the zipper doesn’t work. I’d return it but I made the mistake of removing and disposing of the tags before being able to ease it. I haven’t been this disappointed in forever.
