Coming apart

Chair was delivered in April Now its June (same year) and the bottom right side The wood has started coming apart I can see the nails sticking out

Excellent Chair

I ordered this chair because I live with chronic back pain and was hoping it would help. The heat feature is great and warms very quickly. The massager is not super strong, but is strong enough that it does create a relaxing experience. The heat though is great, very warm, and definitely soothes sore muscles. I am 5'6" and 150 pounds and fit very comfortably in this chair. I would not recommend this chair for anyone over 6'00 tall or anything who is very wide. But, for an average size person this chair should be fine. It was also easy to put together. I would recommend this product to a friend.

The Chair we'd been looking for!

The chair is comfortable and just the right size for our living room. The electronic functions are a nice addition, but the chair makes it's own case for just the right size AND comfortable.

Problem with the sofa

The chairs are very fragile. I have not even bought them for 2 months and one of them is loose on one side.

Perfect for small areas.

I bought two of these chairs. They are very easy to put together. They are not large chairs so if you are looking for that these would be too small. I know a lot of people said that their chairs were hard but both of mine are comfortable. The only thing that would be nice is if there was a lever to open the chair and close but I new that these chairs did not have that so it is not too much of a big deal.
