Not well packaged

This product came wrapped horribly and got entirely soaked through the box. I got horrible customer service when trying to remedy the issue, which made me regret buying it in the first place. While the item was destroyed and insect-ridden from the packaging I am being requested to return the product anyway. This is unsanitary, and I can’t imagine FedEx is going to be excited about Macy’s not being willing to drop this request.

Does not bunch or slide!!!

I was looking for a king size mattress pad that didn’t shift and bunch under the fitted sheet. This delivers!! It’s fantastic. It fits snugly and stays in place. It’s nicely cushioned too. Would recommend and would buy this one again!

Disappointed in this Mattress Pad

Disappointed in the quality of this mattress pad, especially for the price paid. The stitching around the edge/hem is very loose and will likely not survive the first washing. Previous mattress pads by Hotel from Macys had the quilting fabric on the sides as well as the top, this one has a very thin fabric on the sides. The self binding edge is misleading and of very poor quality. Regretting this purchase.
