Used shoes

I ordered new shoes online. I received shoes that were clearly used. Also a tag on the shoes stated last act and priced cheaper than what I paid. The shoes were just thrown in the box without any paper wrapped around or supporting them. VERY DISAPPOINTING and unprofessional and TACKY!!!!
