Comfortable and low to the ground

The chair is very comfortable and scaled just right for my space.

very upset with this purchase. we saw these armchairs in the showroom and LOVED them. when they arrived to our house we noticed the material looked a bit different color-wise than the showroom but decided we liked them anyway. then, about two weeks in, we noticed the leather is SUPER dry and looked like it would likely begin to crack easily. we reported this to customer service who sent someone out who assured us that we would be able to exchange the chairs since a repair wasn't possible. then we received an email from Macy's stating there was no defect found and they would not authorize an exchange or return. I feel lied to twice. once with the product I received compared to the showroom, and then another time by the person inspecting the furniture.
