LIGHTBULBS LASTED 1 WEEK!!

WHEN I PURCHASED I DID NOT REALIZE BULBS WERE INLCUDED (T STYLE 40 WATT) THEY BURNT OUT STARTING ONE WEEK AFTER USE ALL 3 ARE NOW BURNT OUT.. BUT WHEN i WAS CHECKING OUT I WAS PROMPTED TO PURCHASE BULBS FOR THIS LAMP - THEY WERE NOT T STYLE BULBS & THEREFORE DO NOT EVEN FIT LAMP - GOING TO TRY TO FIND SOME T STYLE BULBS BUT NOT EXTREMELY HAPPY WITH PURCHASE
