Very Pretty Dress

Very pretty dress that unfortunately didn't work for me. I'm 5'3" medium build and ordered a size 10. While it did fit overall, it was a little snug in the bust and very slightly loose in the waist. I couldn't size down for the waist because the bust would have been too tight. I could have belted it, but it was already just above my knee and I didn't want it to be any shorter. Also, I thought the stripes at the neck and wrist were silver, which would have dressed it up a bit more, but they're white.
