Great sofa but quality is not consistent.
We bought this sofa and matching love seat in January. After sitting on the sofa for only a few days, one side started to sag badly, creating very visible creases in the leather cushion and backrest. We decided to call Macy's CS about it and sent them pictures of the problem. They sent an inspector to look at it and he agreed that there was something wrong on one side. After he spoke to Macy's in front of me, Macy's looked up their inventory and found a replacement sofa available. 5 days later, their white glove delivery crew brought the replacement sofa to our house. Everything is fine now. The 2nd sofa is actually much firmer than the first one and no more sagging. Hopefully this will continue. Kudos to Macy's for standing behind their product but more quality control before delivering items to customers could have avoided this problem.
Great couch!
Entire experience was excellent from start to finish. Had helpful and knowledgeable salesman. Furniture arrived when promised. Placed in house flawlessly by pleasant workers. We love the look and comfort of new couch.
Great enhancement
Everything worked out well from the sales exchange with Catherine to the delivery, just days later. I'm very pleased with the purchase and trust it will be around for years. Excellent quality and value.

We just received our Kassidy sofa this week! The delivery service was great! We got it on time when expected and in great condition! This sofa is a dream, so comfortable and beautiful to look at! The customer service in the store was Great! Anne could not have been more patient and helpful! Thank you Macy's! We have always bought our furniture from you and will continue!
Very disappointed!!!
We purchased 2 of these sofa. One of them showed extreme sagging after only 3 days of light use. We got it replaced without problems, but the new one has the same problem. In the meantime the other sofa also shows sagging after not even a month of light use. So 3 sofas, exact same problem. We're very disappointed, because they really look nice in the store. We will be exchanging it for something completely different. I would love to include pictures, but there's no option for that. By the way, each time we had to have a specialist come in to inspect the sofa in order for it to be replaced. Very time consuming.Unprofessional and rude techs.
Best furniture purchase yet!
I needed a large couch that would be perfect for having all the guys over to watch football games and movies. This collection is just what I needed. The furniture is large, tasteful, modern yet sophisticated, and is sturdy and comfortable. I am very happy with this purchase, and feel as though it was a steal.
Unbelivable price and quality!
I came to Macy's to buy the different sofa but when I was passing by I saw these set and I knew from the first look that it is it!!!! Love from the first sight. lol!!! I bought both the sofa and loveseat on 4July sale and can't be more happier. Very rich color, very comfortable and traditional and modern look the same time. Very happy with my purchase.
