Fantastic Collection

I am so happy with this collection, bought the sofa, loveseat, and chair. The quality and comfort is absolutely amazing. I searched long and hard to find just the right furniture for my new house, and I’m so glad I settled on this collection. The delivery service was perfect too, thanks Macy’s!

In Love with this sofa!

I purchased the sofa, chair and ottoman and I'm so pleased! Love the leather, it's buttery soft. The dark brown is a very rich color; just what I was looking for. It arrived in perfect condition. I've only had it about a week. I just read another review about the sofa sagging after just a few days. If I see anything like that I will come back and change this review. So far I'm a very satisfied customer!

Love the furniture - came scratched - long exchange process

LOVE the sofa - family member has it so knew what type of great product we would be buying (have slept and sat on it plenty of times). BUT disappointed that the furniture came with scratches and the exchange process is very lengthy. Have to send a manufacturer out to inspect and is not available for 2 wks. Macy's said they will try to repair or would exchange. Repairing shouldn't be an option with a couch that has been in your home for less than a day and came with scratches. Once manufacturer reviews, then have to order the exchange. SLOW.
