I've had it for 2 years, best coffee maker I ever bought. Went from a keurig to this and it was a great decision. I can smell coffee being made in my house again. This is a high quality coffee maker that sadly I don't see on the shelves around where i live anymore. I hope to be able to but another one when this one gives out.

Not only poor in day to day, it did not last 2 yea
Worst, not only is the basket to small for 14 cups worth of coffee ( you can barely make a 8 cup pot, without it overflowing ) it now has a error 2 which says it is unfixable

Love 14 cups
I bought this a year ago and overall am pleased. The color is lovely and 14 cups is great for four coffee drinkers. There are two issues that prevent me from giving 5 stars. One is a marketing mislead. Bullet points for this maker are 1-4 cup brew and removable water tank. I sadly assumed you could fill the tank and brew 1-4 cups without having to refill the tank...not the case. Second, the spring at the bottom of the tank does not seat itself and the tank leaks when moving it between the faucet and the maker — making the “removable” tank a useless option.

Favorite Coffeemaker
The 14 cup KitchenAid coffeemaker is our favorite of all the ones in your line. We especially like the fact that it stays on for 4 hours as we like to have coffee available all day.

Not impressed
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I am a glutton for punishment. This is my third one in 5 years. I like the look of the appliance but that is about the end of it. The first one quit during the first year and they sent me another one. The second one lasted lasted longer but the clock lights started loosing definition and then the controller locked in a clean mode and would not do anything.

Amazing Coffee
(This review was collected as part of a promotion.) I received this coffee maker as a prize at a golfing tournament. Was easy to set it up. I like the way you can set up the features on it,very straightforward. I drink my coffee black so I am very picky on how my coffee is made and my coffee is perfect. It's not bitter and I have a choice on the brew and how hot the element can be, and how long the heat can stay on. It's great that I can do 4 cups with the 4 cup feature and it tastes the same as if I made 14 cups.

Extremely Disappointed
This coffee maker is beautiful and I was so excited to try it. I’ve been using it for 3 weeks with nothing but problems. The pot leaks around the top where the black rim is and we can’t seem to fix it. I have to put 12 cups of water just for it to brew two cups of coffee. It’s now not brewing anything even though it says it is. We’ve checked the manual and it doesn’t help. Everything is clicked into place so we can only assume it’s broken. This is the most disappointing appliance we’ve ever used. With how expensive it is, we thought it would have at least worked. We wanted to love it, but unfortunately we don’t.
