No mixer as promised

I bought this mixer as a gift and from Macys as they guaranteed Christmas delivery, they sent notification that it was being delivered but as time got closed UPS stated they had never received the package to deliver, even the day before Christmas

Lifetime Mixer

I always wanted one, finally my kids me one for Christmas!!! I love it! For many years | passed on buying this because it was a bit pricey for me. It will stay on my countertop because I will use it that often, so glad & happy I have one now. • Pros - Electrics Design, Speed, Quality, Time-Saver, Easy to Use, Versatile, Easy to Clean

Dough Hook Problem

I am disappointed in my KitchenAid Artisan 5Quart Stand Mixer! #1-The dough hook does NOT fit into the machine so I therefore had to use the paddle which obviously fit properly into the machine as well as the whip. #2-When you use the mixer, it dances even at a low mix level 1. #3-The bowl wouldn't budge off, I had to put a soaked washcloth around the bottom of the bowl to wrest it off. Next time I will apply a lubricant before I place the bowl onto the machine. I still have my very first mixer for over 25 years! I doubt this one will last that long. I would very much appreciate KitchenAid sending me a new dough hook that will hopefully fit properly into the machine. Thank you

It does everything!
