Worth Every Penny – Highly Recommend

I recently purchased this KitchenAid machine as a birthday gift for someone very special, and it has exceeded my expectations. I had been waiting for the right opportunity in terms of price and rewards, and this holiday season, I finally made the purchase. Despite a short backorder wait, the product arrived in perfect condition and was well worth the wait. UPS delivered the machine ahead of schedule, arriving earlier than anticipated and right to my doorstep. Overall, this was an excellent purchase

Easy to use

I had previously bought the mixer with the arms because it had great ratings. But when we brought it home it was not easy to use, so we returned it and bought the Artisan one. We had one similar to it before for 20 years and loved it. I am glad we went back to that because it really works for us! I love that you can get additional attachments, wish there was a juicer

Clunkier & Louder Than My Previous Mixer

I bought this to replace my old (2012ish) Kitchen Aid Artisan Series 5 Quart Tilt Head Stand Mixer in shiny black. That mixer tipped over and either needs a new motor or circuit board, but no clue how to get that fixed. Otherwise I was told my repair fair people it was in perfect shape. Bummer. New mixer arrived in good condition with no scratches or damage. So far I have only used the new mixer a handful of times to make single batches of cookie dough during the month of December 2025. When I turn on the mixer, it definitely does not sound smooth like my old mixer. The motor makes a deeper sound and I feel like the gears inside are going to start grinding at any moment. My shoulders physically raise in reaction to the sound it makes when I turn it one. Using it is not relaxing and baking is something that I usually find joy in. I have never made bread dough with my mixer (old or new) so cannot attest to how it handles. Works as expected for cookie dough, brownie mixes, and muffins. I was very pleased that my old mixing bowl and attachment heads from my old mixer work just the same with this new mixer. Now I don't have to wash in between every batch. I'm not sure I'd recommend this product overall since it doesn't seem to handle as smoothly as my old mixer. However, I haven't used any other brands to know if there are better ones out there. If Kitchen Aid has any information on how to get my old mixer fixed I would appreciate them reaching out.

I bought this mixer because I do a lot of baking and I am not disappointed in my purchase. Absolutely no buyer’s remorse for me. It is a well built mixer. Looking forward to making bread to share with my family.

Disappointed with Macys

I received this used item as new. It’s definitely a returned item. No one checked the item and they just send it to the next customer. Customer service were no help. They said they will send a new one but refuse to let me know when it’s arriving. Now they say it’s 2 days but there is no update on the tracking or the order so I don’t believe that. I asked the item to be picked up as it’s heavy and they refuse that option. I asked for an email to send the pictures and they gave me an email that reply’s “no one monitoring the email please contact customer service via chat”. As card holder for years it’s a really bad experience and I clearly see Macys in a new way now. By the way the mixer itself is amazing it’s not my first one so if u debating about buying it do it.
