Bottom cracks
In 2023 I recieved this product as a gift less then I year and the bottom cracked letting all of the liquid out that keeps it cold and cant be fixed. I reorder it in 2024 because I loved how easy it was to work. Now again the bottom cracked and cant be fixed. This one is less then a year old again. Both times I followed the instructions always handed washed. I even let the bowl come to room temp before washing it. I followed the storage instructions too. Don't know what is going on i will not buy this again.

Disappointed in quality
I bought this in 2019 but only use it during zucchini growing season. Today I was using to shred zucchini and the plastic tube broke off from the housing. Very disappointed. It should had lasted a lot longer than this.

Easy to make delicious ice cream
It was really easy to use and I made the most delicious ice cream for my kids! This Kitchenaid attachment is so easy to clean and store. It feels well made and durable.

metal piece breaks easily
I bought this months ago and the peeler broke after one use. The little metal piece that is screwed in. Other than that, I love all the other parts for coring and slicing. Don't know how to buy new one.

It's horrible
my old shredder was on it's last legs so I got this. Was trying to shred some cheese. It got all gummed up in it. When I finally got it to shred I couldn't get the attachment out of the casing! I am not happy at all. The old attachment worked perfectly!! Sending this one back.

Works great and designed perfectly in all respects
I am so impressed with this product! The build quality is very high, the packaging is perfect and thoughtful for proper long-term storage, and the product performed flawlessly! I recommend this with the highest star you allow!

not good
HUGE disappointment, shredded items clog up inside cone. now the feed tube came off the attachment housing only used it three times, hand washed it after use and cursed it every time, I wish i never bought it.,
