Not set up properly

I gave this coffee machine as a Christmas gift and I received feedback that they set it up and water was not being pumped into the basket. After looking at everything, it was determined that it was assembled incorrectly and now works good. Just disappointing that the manufacturer didn’t set it up correctly.

Thought I would like it

I thought I would really love this coffee maker, but I actually hate it. When pouring water into the reservoir, it spills all over the counter. I do not like the lid, and the way it functions, The coffee tastes worse to me than in my other coffee maker. I hope I can return it.

Both damages and not usable

I ordered 2 because of the design and I thought quality. One arrived with the box crushed, therefore coffee pot crushed. Other leaked water out of bottom when cleaned to use for 1st time. Both returned…now out of stock so could not be replaced. Love design but if the coffee pot doesn’t work then what good is it. Very disappointed in this purchase.

Great coffee, but the BEEPING!

Makes great coffee. This version fixed some of the issues we had with the older models. But in the process of reworking this maker, they added a problem The BEEPS!! There is no reason why the brew button should BEEP when you turn it on, the light is lit. There is no reason why the pot BEEPS 3 TIMES when the brewing is done, the light goes off. You can wake people up with the beeps! I also feel it takes too long to brew compared to older models. You can pause it and grab a cup though. And the BOLD brew is a nice idea, but 20 minutes for a pot of coffee? Not using that because its too long and added nothing to the taste of the coffee.

Good coffeemaker. Nice price.

Good coffeemaker. The last fifteen years we have had Cuisinarts. They usually lasted four or five years. I decided to try Krups this time. Brews fast and I love the wide mouth on carafe. I also like the Bold option for brewing. So far, so good.
