Beautiful teapot

The teapot is stunning but only came broken. One less star for poor packaging. Macy’s return processing is fast and easy.

Teacontapot too large to properly brew tea leaves.

Teapot beautiful but the mouth of the pot is too large to hold tea leaves in brew

I love it the coffee pot and teapot!

The teapot is exactly what I was looking for. The size is perfect and it and the coffee pot look great on my china cabinet. I also purchased the china set and other pieces in the pattern and it really looks beautiful in the china cabinet. It is very elegant and beautiful on the table also. I much prefer this pattern over the Old Country Roses, as it is dishwasher safe and microwave safe which is so important in todays world.

Crack on Teapot

I was so excited to have bought this back in March 2022. It is beautiful. My first use of it was two days ago Oct 22. When I poured the hot water in, it made a cracking sound. I had my tea sat in overnight and in the morning, there was a leak on the tray it was in. Sure enough, I could see the crack on the base, right side below the handle inside and outside. The photo will show the leak where the crack is. Last day to return was in June. I am hoping this can be replaced.
