Stopped Working in 9 Months

I was very happy with this teapot until it stopped working after 9 months of use. I contacted the seller about it and they emailed me the phone number for the manufacturer with no other help given. So far, I have not been able to speak with someone at MegaChef and messages left on their VM go unanswered. It should not be this hard to get coverage under warranty. Very disappointed.
