battery life. Probably the worst purchase ever. Husband had this watch for 3 weeks, but then it started overheating and shutting down and restarting. Took this back to Macy's for a refund. After reading more reviews on the web, discovered this is COMMON PROBLEM with NO RESOLUTION!! Buyer beware!

Love this beauty
Bought it a few months ago to replace my Apple Watch and my Michael Kors non smart watch that I would switch between. It is everything I could have asked for and more. I have patients compliment it daily on how pretty it is. Love it!!

Everything about it
Love the watch, but battery life on it is horrible just got it on 7/31/21 and have had to charge it 2 times already , also says its connected to my wifi on my phone settings but on the app it says cant connect, other than the look of the watch there is nothing good about it sadly to say,

One month
Very pretty, ok with tracking steps never matched the amount of steps tracked on my phone, received text messages and notifications but the battery life is horrible it only lasts for 6 hours. The most annoying thing is that I've only had this watch for 1 month and the back has already come off. So I cant even charge the thing. The "warranty" says that it cannot be repaired since that is considered cosmetic damage and because it was altered (the links were removed by a store associate to fit my wrist). Its nice but just don't waste your money.

Love this watch
I love my watch....i use it daily even when I probably shouldn't because I LOVE IT so much. I use it on daily and charge it twice a day in between both jobs. The battery charge does not last long but I use it all day everyday...even when working out and working (I'm a bartender and work at a gym) beautiful watch

AMAZING!
I love this watch!! Of course it's soo pretty! But it also is a huge upgrade from the last MK smartwatch I bought. You can use google to ask anything you want and it will respond back with the answers, you can talk to text send and receive text messages, you can dial out to call people and answer your phone calls. The only issue I'm having with it at all is when I use the phone part I haven't been able to hear anything through the watch. Im not sure what the problem is but I'm gonna try to see what's going on with that Other than that it's fantastic. I love it!

Battery life no good
Battery life drained so fast. Cannot connect to WiFi as well on an iPhone 12 Pro.

having the same issue battery life is horrible, and it says connected in my phone settings but on my watch says cant connect to wifi , also cant find location for the weather anything to do with wifi is a no go this sucks butt!
2 of mine have done the same exact thing!!! Ridiculous when you're paying 400 for a dang watch!
