Disappointed

Received for Mother's Day 2019. Three months after receiving, noticed it was not charging correctly, went to check it and take off the charger and the entire back came off. Macy's would not do anything for me, even though it had only been 3 months, stating I had to contact Michael Kors. Michael Kors did repair under warranty. Took a month to get it returned and every since it does not charge correctly.

BROKE IN LESS THAN THREE WEEKS

purchased this watch twice, both times it broke, first time stop charging after 3 three weeks, second one the back fell off after 2 weeks

Horrible

In less than a month and very little use. The back cover of the watch came off. Horrible quality. And customer service was a nightmare!

Be Wary

I want to love this watch but it simply didn't exceed my expectations. While this is a beautiful watch, the back piece snapped off after a few wears.

Great watch!

This is my 2nd MK smartwatch purchase. I needed something with some bling. Easy to work and I love the new added features. I mistakenly went into my pool with in on to get something out of the bottom and my watch still works just fine, thank goodness. It is water resistant and has swimproof technology but I won't be going in the pool with it on again. I highly recommend this watch.

Horrible battery life

I was so excited when I received this watch . The watch itself is beautiful, love the different bands that came with it and easy to change (with the proper tools) and the features on it are fantastic.... however it was a nightmare syncing it to my iPhone and it won’t hold a charge longer than 12 hours from when it’s fully charged . One of the features I liked the most was the alarm setting and the two days I DID wear it, my alarm didn’t ring in the morning because my watch had died overnight. I am sending it back. I do not recommend this product to anyone who will need a watch longer than 12 hours at a time.
