Don’t buy through Macys

Terrible process, non-existing MACYS off-shore customer service. I ordered those capsules through Macy’s, should’ve gone directly to Nespresso - contacted them multi times due to 6 6weeks+ shipping delay. Non-functional support. Still, they charged my credit card w/ out shipping
