Horrible lasted a year.
Lasted me a year. It is now smoking and the lid for the big blender no longer shuts so I have to hold it down in order for it to spin. Base gets super hot. I am now out of warranty and it will cost me more to replace these parts than to get a new blender. I will NEVER order a ninja again. Switching over to Vitamix. These new blenders are WORTHLESS.

This is a upgrade to my kitchen I do smoothie every day love love 5🌟
Not impressed
Blends pretty good but washing it is terrible. Water gets inside the big pitcher and 2 lids in places you can't get it out from. I contacted Ninja and they had no solutions but new parts. Sadly it seems to be a manufacturing issue.
Good machine, spinning blades are small
Works well. Definitely nicer than our ninja blender we bought 6 years ago.

Terrible!! Not like other Ninja products
This is the first Ninja product I don’t like... actually hate. The air that blows out the side knocks things off of my counter, I can’t use it if anyone is asleep in the house because its so loud it will wake them up, it runs 5 times and stops before it actually blends anything and if you try to chop things it sticks to the side. It’s hard to clean because there are strips of plastic inside. I put it away and am using my older model.

This is extremely helpful and good product, I love the quality of it . Highly recommended to have in home kitchen for easy cooking and time saving
