Incorrect Shipping

I am so very disappointed in the service I have received from my recent order. I ordered one top returned it. I then ordered just one more and got 4 of the same item. This is such a big problem for. Now I have to return these items. I should not be charged shipping on all this incorrect order. I will never order from Macy's again. There is no customer service. These reps in these foreign countries do not know what they are doing. I will now return all these items... What a waste of time..

Runs small, brown buttons are unbecoming.

Runs small. Pleats pucker. I didn't realize it had brown buttons...my fault that I didn't notice. Who puts brown buttons on a black blouse? Just not what I expected.

Cute top, however, the first one I ordered the buttons and button holes did not line up leaving a gap in front. The second one I ordered, not only were the buttons again misaligned but the pleats in front were crooked on one side. I give up.

It's snug and puckers the buttons. Needed the next size up.

Cute style, made out of the cheapest fabric. Hangs like a rag and too thin. Macys during these economic times. We still count on quality and rags are not what we need right now. Macys was always one place we could turn too. Macys is slipping in the better fabric department. this top is not worth a one star.
