Nice looking sofa, but we've had problems with the cupholders burning out.
AMAZING couch!
The only way this couch could be any better is if it had a built-in drink cooler! I had been looking for a reclining couch for about a month and most of them had some of the features I wanted but this one had every single feature I wanted plus extra bonuses! *seat and headrest both adjustable *middle seat flip-down table with cupholders *power sockets and USB ports in center and end seats Bonus features *neon blue light around the armrest cup holders *storage bin under armrest 5 star couch!

Found this sofa online and then went to Macy's with the family to try it out. Fell in love with all the features and just how comfy we all felt!!! Super nice salesperson, Lucy, helped us with all our questions and purchasing options. Delivery was on time and very professional. The backs come off the sofa and was able to fit thru my small apartment door with ease. We are very pleased with our new sofa purchase!! I also wish to thank all the staff at Macy's especially Lucy the best sales person ever for taking care of us!!
So comfortable!
Few minutes it was delivered and assembled, I tried it and next thing I knew, I was napping!! My cat had developed this habit of jumping up between my legs when I have it on reclined. He too will nap!!!. This sofa is so comfortable . Excellent purchase.
High Quality, comfortable, functional
Thie sofa height is great. It is easy to get out of easily. The leather is soft and comfortable. The recliner functions smoothly as does the headrests. Love the USB ports with slide cover on each armrest and on the pull down section in the middle. The ac plugs on the pull down are useful as well. Bought the gray which works well in my neutral-colored living room. I would definitely purchase this sofa again!
I love this sofa
Had this delivered in time for the start of college football and it is incredibly comfortable! The deliverymen were on time and friendly. I love the look of it and the fold-down middle seat back into a table is a great feature. Only problem is I've fallen asleep in it twice already! Highly recommend.
JUST DELIVERED AND PROBLEMS ALREADY!!
Sofas were delivered this past weekend and I already had to place a service call because one of the recliners stopped working. None of the electronic functions on the recliner work. Also the center console plastic cover piece is tweaked. It appears the piece was screwed in too tightly. Hoping to get that adjusted so it doesn't look as off and crooked as it does now. This is an issue on both sofas purchased! Sure Hope this isn't a sign that this was a WRONG purchase!

Really, really nice sofa
We spent a great deal of time reviewing leather reclining sofas with matching loveseats. The brown leather with lighter stitching wasn't my favorite but the perks are significant. The power recliners are smooth and easy, but the best part is the pull down middle section with dual drink holders, electrical outlets and USB ports. You can charge your phone, plug in your laptop and use the tray area to rest the laptop when not in use. We have moved into the 21 century and we are very happy with this purchase.
