Aggravating Assembly

I don't recommend this chair. It is absolutely frustrating and aggravating to assemble. The instructions are terrible. Unclear, so many parts that are not properly labeled. Spent way too much time trying to figure out how to assemble this thing. Even reached out to the manufacturer for assistance and they have been of zero help. Wish I could have put everything back in the box and returned it. But by the time I took everything out and sorted it and started assembling. It was too late. I pushed through it, but it still is not 100% assembled because of the terrible instructions, especially step 11, which is not clear whatsoever. Don't waste your money on this chair.

Comfort l

This might be the most uncomfortable chair, I have tried everything to make this work and unfortunately it is not helping and return window is closed. Very disappointing for sure. But the look is gorgeous.
