Beautiful Necklace, but Didn't Come with a Box

Ordered as a gift for my mom. Beautiful necklace, my only gripe was the fact that it came in a small plastic baggie without a box. I'd think for the price it would at least come with a box. I did go to the store and they were happy to provide one, but having to do that during Christmas time was definitely a hassle. The necklace for the price is a 10, but had to give a 4 star rating for the box issue.

Disappointed!

I am very disappointed in Macys. This item looks very nice, but the product description presented for this item claims that the setting and and the chain are 14k white gold. Upon examination "925" was clearly stamped on the setting and the chain clasp. "925" means sterling silver. So, I also don't trust that the opal is not lab created. I will be returning this.

Happy purchase

I was surprised at how beautiful the pendant is. The opal is described as a white opal but the facets of color draw your eye. Add the sparkle of the diamond chips and you have a piece of jewelry that is classic. Very happy that I purchased.

BUYER BEWARE!!!!!!! NOT AS DESCRIBED!!!

The description for this pendant is extremely misleading.This necklace is NOT white gold. It is stamped 925 on the inside of the pendant and on the clasp on the chain. It may be plated white gold, but it is not. Which makes me question if the opal and diamonds are even real. No where in the description does it say anything about this being plated sterling silver. I am so disappointed. This product will be returned.
