Okay, and a splash of color, but too many serrated

The majority are serrated-edge knives. Though they're nice enough to handle, they don't seem very sharp, to me. I had a great Cuisinart ceramic chef's knife which got lost, and which was NON-serrated. I miss that knife, which my manual sharpener kept very keen. It's great to have steak knives all together with the other kitchen cutlery, though. The block is NOT wood, I think it's high-density rubber, but I don't mind that.
