I was a bit hesitant purchasing a "crafted for Macy's" bed but this turned out to be the smartest decision we've ever made. It's now almost 5 months into owning this mattress and its still perfect. Not a single bad night. And the cooling feature is awesome! Stop researching - you found your next bed!

We love our new mattress! The support and comfort are great and the quality is noticeable! We were honestly hesitant after the lack of reviews but the sales associate educated us that the mattress is new to Macys but the company has been making mattress for decades. The mattress has a 20yr warranty. So happy with this decision as it is a big purchase!

I am thrilled with my new mattress! The design is beautiful, and the quality of craftsmanship is exceptional. The mattress itself is perfectly balanced, with just the right amount of firmness to provide excellent support and comfort. The soft top layer adds a touch of luxury, making it a joy to sleep on. I've been sleeping soundly and waking up feeling refreshed and rejuvenated. The support and comfort this mattress provides is really good.

Received the mattress with white glove service they came Side right in put the mattress up. So nice and professional. The mattress is soft but firm. I selected the 5’base which I prefer. I have to pick up new bedding but fills the room and just what I needed.

We purchased this matress 2 weeks ago and have had for 2 nights now! A little background...this is the 4th matress we purchased and the first 3 were returned quickly. We knew after just one night of sleep they wouldn't work out. I have back issues and my husband has hip issues. We both prefer sleeping cool and the first three said they would accomplish this but not so. We not heard of this brand of mattress so we didn't even bother checking it out in the beginning of our search...what a mistake! SInce we were running out of options we finally laid on this matress in Macys. WOW! We were shocked..this mattress was plush yet supportive, and had a silky feel (very luxurious even though it didn't look like it at first glance), but the coolness to the touch was unbelieveable! We ordered it and were anxiously awaiting its arrival. We've slept on this for two nights now..back pain gone, hip pain gone and we have slept in coolness all night long! Best mattress ever!

I will not receive the mattress as scheduled on my order. When buying the mattress, I asked your sales associate over and over again that I wanted to buy a mattress that was available and delivered no later than December 14, 2024. The delivery was confirmed to me until this morning but, at lunchtime, a lady from customer service called me to announce that my mattress would be delivered on December 19th. This is very poor service from Macys. This treatment is not acceptable. I bought that mattress because I trusted Macys' professionalism but I was hugely disappointed. I will actually have to sleep on the floor from December 14th to December 19th. This is shameful.
