Great Machine

Great machine. Makes great coffees, with plenty of choices. The grinder is quiet and efficient. The ability to customize the coffee strength is a plus. This is our second Philips machine and an upgrade from our previous model. So far it exceeds our expectations.

Pésima cafetera y muy mala experiencia .

Súper frustrante, esta cafetera es una decepción tantos intentos de pruebas y ajustes y ni un café bueno pude obtener. Me vi muchos videos y leí el manual para asegurarme de hacer bien los ajustes e instalaciones de todo y nada, el café súper blando por más que subas todo el nivel de granos en la pantalla y gires adecuadamente la rueda donde van los granos de café para incrementar la intensidad del café . Nunca salió un café decente y ni hablar de todo el Café, leche y agua que se pierde mientras que haces los ajustes, también todo lo que ensucias . Otra cosa la medida de la leche no sale correcta, se supone que cuando seleccionas la cantidad de ml o Oz que quieres de leche , por ejemplo: el café con leche básico si lo quiero con 40ml, te sale 10ml y así es con todas las bebidas hasta con lo más básico una leche espumosa de 110ml me sale es 75ml. Es increíblemente todo el estrés, frustración, mal genio y perdida de tiempo que me ocasionó este producto y eso que no es una cafetera económica, ahora tengo que seguir sacando de mi tiempo para hacer toda la logística para regresarla.

Great coffee!

Love this machine. So many drink options, great taste, easy to use. It does require maintenance, but if you stick with the recommended maintenance schedule, your machine will deliver an excellent cup of coffee for years. My one suggestion is a redesign of the milk system container. Because it can hold enough milk for several cups of coffee, I will put it back in the fridge in between uses. Unfortunately, because it is top-heavy, it is easily knocked and spills milk. If there is a way to broaden the base, it would add some stability. Then, no need to cry over spilled milk :)

Great coffee and not too loud

Makes great coffee. Easy to use and infinitely quieter than my previous one (the 3200) I haven't tried all the options but I like that they are available. The bean hopper also holds more than previous version so I'm not filling it up every day. I do wish the water tank was bigger !
