Still not received

Ordered this 1/11. Told delivery would be made by1/18, today is 1/21 still no delivery. What’s worse , I can’t get a reply or even a curtesy call. Radio silence from all parties,

Disappointed

Ordered to be delivered to a macys store the first time, only to find out it never came and was sent back to the original sender. Ordered a second time to be shipped to my house and got a whole different size and color. I would have kept it if it was the color i wanted, but they couldn't even do that. So disappointed cause i really wanted it, but at this point im not gonna keep trying.

Good to have, worth the money.

Very large, and great for carrying more than one lunch or a few items. Great for picnics, travel . I do with it would have come with the food cases as it does from the website. Overall pleased.
