I’ve now tried twice to order a couch from Macy’s in a specific color that was clearly listed as “in stock” with a promised white-glove delivery in 2–3 weeks. Both times, after I paid and placed the order, I was later told the item was not actually in stock and the true delivery time would be almost four months. This isn’t just an inconvenience — it’s misleading. The website showed inventory and a short delivery window that simply wasn’t real. I also confirmed with customer service (which was a disaster in itself). If you’re counting on Macy’s to deliver what they advertise, be prepared for delays, cancellations, and a lot of wasted time. Long story short: save yourself the frustration and shop at your local furniture store instead. Macy’s no longer provides the reliable, higher-quality service they once did.

This sofa is comfortable however one cushion the zipper broke after the first few months, followed by two more cushion zippers. This sofa is in a spare room that barely gets used. Poor quality.

The color I ordered was listed as gray but in fact is a grayish blue. Sadly, we waited for a very long time for this furniture to arrive as we bought it prior to COVID. It has not held up at all to daily use. The back cushions are attached with Velcro which is garbage as they never sit correctly and everything sticks to the velcro. Also, this fabric snags. I've never has a sofa where the fabric snagged before. This set is made cheaply. I'd never ever buy anything from Macy's again and if I were you, I'd stay away from Radley as you will undoubtedly be disappointed.

I have been eyeing these couches for a couple of years now because when I sat on them in the Palo Alto Macys, they were stylish, affordable and very comfortable. I finally bought the 74 sleeper sofa and 62 inch love seat in the Chrome Beige since this color (and Mocha Grey) are in stock and immediately available to ship. Delivery was great and the couches arrived with no defects. However, when I sat on both of them, it was as hard as a rock. Not at all like the show room models and I immediately had buyer's regret. Fortunately, there is a company in the Bay Area that specializes in cushions so I brought all four (bottom ones) there. They mentioned that the density used was around level 50 which is why it was so firm. They were able to change them to a level 28. When Macys Furniture did a follow up call, I explained my situation and they were able to work with me to compensate for the cost spent. Now, I can sit and fall asleep on them comfortably! And thats why I gave 4 stars.

Love that all cushions can flip over for easy rotating. (Since family sits in the same spots) it will wear better. We purchased two instead of a sectional.

I have been waiting for this item to be delivered. Can not get an answer as to when.. got an email saying I need to set up delivery but purchased it as a drop off -ships ups-can not schedule. Can not get customer service to answer e. Can not get anyone to tell me how to pay my bill. online my account does not exist -so I paid in store on my account Sat. Today I have an email saying I have not made a p[ayment. Yearning for the days of REAL peolple in customer service
