Not impressed

I purchased a leather couch on November 25 and one of the cushions is already beginning to sag and cave in. This is very disappointing given how recently it was purchased. This will not last.

Love the Couch. Disappointed in the delivery.

We purchased this couch in the Chestnut color. I love it. It looks and feels like quality. The couch came packaged in plastic and cardboard. Overall, the product was great. The delivery, not so much. I watched them drop the couch on it's side from the delivery truck. As a result, there was a small piece of wood chipped in the foot of the couch. Not enough to return it, but still annoyed by the delivery service. Check your furniture immediately upon delivery. You can tell through the packaging how it was handled. I just so happened to be an eye-witness to the carelessness.

Love it! Good quality. Chestnut color

I took a lot of time finding the right couch and I love it! Good quality for the price (got on sale). Seems like high-end leather. It is firm which I wanted and not too deep which is better on my back. I love the color- chestnut is not too yellow and more on the neutral side.

Worst customer service ever!

First of all, salesman lied and said the couch was packaged in cardboard and a massive amount of packaging and advised white glove delivery.. Couch arrived 2 hours outside our window with only plastic wrap. Dont waste your money on "white glove" Then we were told the other half of our order will take three weeks to be delivered when its in stock.. It wont arrive by the time it was promised. Salesman just wanted the sale. Also check back online to watch for price drop.. Even though they say the prices are the lowest and will increase after the weekend, they actually went down.. So far the couch is nice but the Macys headache will push us to fine our furniture elsewhere next time
