We love our new ottoman! Storage is nice and it's pretty! The wheels make it a bit tough rolling on luxury vinyl. Makes it a bit difficult and slippery for your feet. But, that's the one I picked!
Perfection
It took me a long time to decide what furniture I was going to put in our Family room in our basement. I ordered another sectional before I ordered this one and we could not get it down there. Beata Ryczek was a god send, she was so patient with me and when the other sectional was too big to get into our basement she suggested this one. I have to admit I was and is very pleased. I've had this sectional for a little over 6 months and it is perfection. I even ordered another piece to the sectional to make it a little longer one side and I am still pleased. Thank you Macys and Beata Ryczek, you are my go to when I need furniture in my home.

Still trying to get a price adjustment on the sofa and ottoman and keep getting the runaround. On top of that the color is not oyster white, it’s a vanilla white with a yellow hue. Very disappointed all around with this purchase!

The overall product is good, but the seat cushions fail to hold up to light use. In six months time the seat cushions become very soft.

16 days in and seam already separated
We bought the 5-piece Radley Sectional in Mocha on Jan 2nd, it was delivered on Jan 6th, and to my surprise I walked into the family room on Jan 21st to find a cushion that has never been sat on (end cap that faces away from the tv) with a split at the seam and piping. Not even a month into owning it. Macy's has scheduled an inspector to come "see" the damage. This is clearly a quality control issue of this type of fabric and although I read many other reviews and saw this couch in the store in person I took a leap of faith. Big disappointment considering at this point Macy's MUST know this is a repeat offender furniture flaw. I want to return it, but they are pushing back because it's past the 3-days. Now I am told I need to wait until Feb 3rd for an inspector to come see this one cushion before a solution can be reached. BE VERY AWARE and I'd suggest purchasing in a leather or something else altogether.
