Reverie 0200 Adjustable Base Queen

Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! Terrible! If I could give this 0 stars, I would. After one day, the cord broke (it got stuck in the outlet!). Then, I tried to get someone to come fix it and was told I had to deal with the furniture company and not Macy's. The furniture company was so rude!! They were not flexible at all with dates and times. After a month, I still haven't scheduled and they told be the next available date was not until another month. After a week, I noticed that the mattress hangs off the side of the base, making it difficult to center the mattress on the base and make the bed. Now I don't want it and am stuck with it because it's going to cost me money to dispose of it. The trash is where it belongs and the furniture company should be ashamed of their rude behaviour. Macys- you should do business with a different company!

It adjust only on back not for the foot

I was believed that l had a adjustable bad to elevate my feet but not l got and l haven’t really paid attention to it before l bought it l just assumed it’s it adjustable for the head and footg

Adjustable Base is Damaged

Small wood chips are coming out of the cover of the adjustable base.....now 'Customer Service' has had me waiting nearly 10 minutes for someone to 'help me'......what a joke!

Free adjustable base

Got this free with my mattress purchase and have been enjoying it. Had a hiccup with delivery (it didn't come with the mattress delivery and I had to call to check in on it for the delivery to be scheduled). It's nice having a remote to lift up and work on my laptop or watch TV.
