Macy’s Stinks

I never received this item. More than one representative at Macy’s told me the item was being delivered or was delivered. Yet I received a UPS tracking number from Macy’s which indicated the item was delayed and being sent back to the sender while awaiting a new delivery date. Sadly Macy’s decided not to send the items unless I purchase them at the higher price. I’m done!!
