Worst Suitcase

The worst suitcase I have ever had in my many years of traveling. I bought this “Samsonite” suitcase for my 36-day trip through Europe and on the first day one of its wheels broke. I had to spend the 36 days traveling with the discomfort of a suitcase with only 3 wheels. Terrible quality. If I could give -1 star, it would be my review.

Disappointed

When I receive the suitcase, the box was previously opened by someone else, and it was shipped directly from Samsonite plastic inside the box on suitcase was torn. The wheels were filthy, and the part of the suitcase by the wheel wheels were scratched and dented. The inside of the suitcase was not even put together zipped and the strap put together. This was clearly a return, disappointed that it came directly from Samsonite called Macy’s and they are sending replacement. I’m hoping that this new suitcase comes in new condition. Otherwise I’m done with ordering Samsonite.

A light, sturdy, roomy and agile piece of luggage.

I've yet to take this on my upcoming international trip, but I'm delighted by how well this luggage moves and how easy it is to handle. Plenty of room for all I want to fill this checked baggage to hold. Ireland, here we come!
