Amazingly comfortable

These boots are so comfortable!! I am a hair stylist and so I stand 10-12 hours a day. My feet feel as great at the end of the day as they do at the beginning. I haven’t found any other boots that feel as good as these. They have held up perfectly for 2 years so far. I’ll be ordering more.

Good booties

This boots are comfortable and nice. I feel good and soft, but it’s not for winter time. It’s more for fall or spring anyway I like this boots.

Look nice but do not last. Do not buy.

I bought these 12 weeks ago and wore them once or twice a week since then. I work from home so I am not out walking around in these boots all day. They have started to let water in through the sole in the same place in the ball of my foot on both shoes. While they look nice, I expect to get more than 12 weeks from a pair of boots. I do not recommend buying these.

Disappointed- size up!

I ordered these in black and my usual size 10 but they were very short- like by a full size. I thought about returning for the next size but the price had gone up and to be honest they weren’t great quality. There was extra glue in a number of places on both shoes so I just returned them. While Macy’s always manages pretty quick delivery, the box these came in was is terrible condition. The shoe box would have been better off shipped in another box rather than a mailer envelope.

Poor customer service

I was sent only the left shoe….for real macys you could do better, waste my time to go there and return.
