Disappointing. Several (8) pieces were broken when I opened the packaging around the dishes.

Do not buy
The first shipment all of the dinner plates were broken. Second shipment everything was good. After one day one of the new dinner plates was cracked and split in half. Not a good product.
China set for 10 place settings
The merchandise is great but the packaging was terrible. There was no bubble wrap at all and dishes that were on the edges were broken. I had 5 dinner plates and 2 soup plates broken. I did call customer service and was told that I would receive the replacements by August 5th and that is what I want. I need my dishes not a credit

Heart broken
I was eagerly anticipating the arrival of my new dinnerware set from Macy’s—ready to elevate my hosting game and impress guests at our upcoming dinner party. Unfortunately, when I opened the box, it looked like the plates had hosted a party of their own… and lost. Several dinner plates and bowls arrived shattered, like they had gone through a spin cycle with a rock tumbler. Now instead of setting the table, I’m setting up a return and waiting (fingers crossed) for round two to arrive in one piece—literally. It’s disappointing and a bit inconvenient, especially with the clock ticking before our Saturday gathering. Unless mismatched shards are the new trend in tableware, I’ll be holding off on showing these off. Macy’s, I still love you, but please pack a little love (and maybe more bubble wrap) next time.
