Lasagna dish

Very nice dish and I really like the idea of my dish coming with its own lid to cover the food! Very nice feature

Pathetic Packaging

Got this into pieces. It definitely happened due to poor packaging. Macy simply did not bother to cover this large bowl properly. I was stunned. Macy knows how to ruin someone's Thanksgiving.

Broken and dangerous had to carfully take to macys

The item was delivery in pieces shards of glass. Macy's did not box the item thru it in a bag sent by ups. s

The Cellar

I ordered two of The Cellar James Large Lasagna Baker, I was excited when I saw it was delivered earlier than the date that I was quoted for. But when I picked up the box to open it, I heard some pieces rattling, when I opened it, I knew it's broken. Both bakers were broken. It should've been packed tightly, and wrap with bubble wrap. But it wasn't.

Damaged in transit

I did not even open the box when I took it out of his shipping box. I could hear all the broken pieces inside. I decided to go to the Macy’s to return it and possibly exchange it. When I looked at the item in the store, I saw that it is not boxed properly for shipping and should not be shipped. In addition, the cover is also made out of ceramic and way too heavy. For me, it would’ve been better had it had a lighter sealable top. Otherwise look like a nice piece, but I left it at the store. Not happy that I had to make a trip to the store.
