Broken

Concealed damage. This is a non-refundable purchase. How can I get a replacement?

lovely dish parts

I love the dishes, and the customer service was helpful. The problem was that the first delivery of dishes - 3 sets of 4-person setting had several broken dishes when it arrived. Customer service was helpful in that they sent another order of dishes (1 set). When the replacement set arrived there were different dishes that were broken. So I ended up with the 3 complete sets that I wanted, but whoever is doing the packaging and shipping might need to know this.

Bring Back the orig

Not the same as the original rounded square set. I bought two sets to add to my original set and quality is not the same. These are not white they are more off white and each plate has a circle in the middle which the original didn’t. I thought it may be a defect but when I took them back to the store all others were the same. Sad because I really like my original set.

Purchase this a few years back and recently purchased again to replace a few chipped bowls/plates (wear & tear). The quality was not the same. Returned them.

Poor customer service

It arrived broken and was a gift. When they took it to the store to exchange they would not exchange since the price on line was a sale and the store set was not on sale. Very disappointing, read the fine print when using Macys!
