Cheap quality, disappointed!

The coat is good, but the zipper's quality is terrible. It keeps me warm and cozy but a coat looses its purpose if it does not remain closed. The zipper is cheap and has a defect in it, preventing the coat from being a great product. I am unable to return it as I purchased 1 year ago, finally reached my goal weight and was ready to use my coat... terrible!
