Horrible customer service experience

Was really looking forward to receiving this suitcase — I ordered online to pickup in store. For work reasons, I needed to change the pickup to another Dallas area store; not only was customer service NOT understanding what I was asking (I tried twice) or making ANY effort to accommodate, they simply didn't care when I said I'd have to cancel the order. Macy's...you've lost an order AND a customer.

Not even close to fitting under seat

I bought this piece specifically for a one night trip, thinking it would be great to have a piece that could slide under my seat on a Delta flight and i wouldn’t have to risk checking a bag if I was stuck boarding in Zone 8. This piece didn’t even come close to fitting under and aisle seat. Looks like the middle seat may be more spacious and it might fit there but if you’re keen on sitting in an aisle seat, this isn’t for you.

Perfect Travelpro carryon bag slides over suitcase

Perfect Travelpro carry on bag that slides over suitcase handle. Got it after carrying a heavy backpack during vacation this summer. My neck and back no longer enjoy carrying a filled to the brim backpack with books and breakable gifts. I will substitute this great carryon which will fit all airline overhead spaces and trains. Easy to carry (also has shoulder strap & handles) to plane & otherwise rests nicely on handle of my suitcase. Well made & durable too.

I love Travel Pro luggage

Great Carry On

Really pleased with this carry on. Very light weight and rolls well. Just used it for the first time on a flight in the overhead compartment with no issues.
