New home needs new furniture. We bought this sectional with the Chaise, console and 2 power recliners. We love it. Very comfortable and looks great in our home.

The sectional itself good looking and comfortable. But Macy's doesn't check much what they send to deliver, or their delivery guys don't care at all how to carry or assemble. No white glove delivery whatever! First time delivered sectional was great but had scratches all over! I suspect the delivery guys were not careful, they were so in rush, didn't even give me time to inspect! So Macy's ordered to exchange it. On second delivery one recliner was making popping, clicking sounds was not smooth. Macy's scheduled to fix it then changed to exchange that chair. Third time they did exchange the chair, but now 3 pieces are not lined up, there is a big gap in between first two pieces and no gap at all between other two pieces, they are actually rubbing each other when recline. I'm just so tiered to deal with this furniture, keep it as is, very disappointed. Next time will not buy from Macy's, for this much money can find better quality.

We just purchased this sofa and have had it now for a few weeks! Very comfy! So much so that we find ourselves falling asleep! Quality is good and customer service was great!

We have owned this sectional for 2 years. The leather is very durable and has stood up to two dogs and a toddler! It is still in great condition, cleans up easily and is comfortable. I love the power recliners!! I highly recommend this to anyone who is looking for a sectional.

We only bought 3 pieces but a great buy! Very comfy and well made. Service was the best and delivery was the icing on the cake! LOVE IT!

We just received our furniture and we absolutely love it. The delivery team was fabulous, managed to arrive an hour before scheduled. We are certianly going to enjoy the power feature in all our pieces, leather is sharp.

Salesperson was Miles at Baybrook Mall in Webster TX He showed me this sofa and told me about how it was made and once I sat on it I was sold. The delivery guys, Octavious and Xavier arrived right on time and were professional, friendly and very good at getting our sofa set up. The sofa is very good leather and looks stunning. The recliners are smooth and noiseless. It is very very comfortable. I have no complaints. Thank you Miles, Octavious and Xavier.
