Damaged order

Three of the glasses were perfect. One of them was shattered and in many pieces even though each glass had been wrapped separately in bubble wrap and the box they were in was not damaged. I did an on-line chat with Mayank P and she is having a new order shipped. Macy's is one of the few stores that still offers great customer service. Thank you again, Miss Mayank!

I set a fine Christmas table

I bought my starter set of Winterberry about twenty years ago. I've been adding to the set ever since. I have a beautiful table to share with my Christmas dinner guests. Not only the dishes, but the serving pieces and water and wine glasses are the cheerful, lovely Winterberry.
