Very poor quality

We ordered this ring and we’re very disappointed when received. The diamonds were so cloudy .Even my boyfriend noticed immediately how bad the diamonds were. I could not believe that this was being sold at Macys. We returned it. It didn’t make it home. The sales staff was wonderful. Very understanding. But I won’t ever order jewelry from Macy’s again

Be careful when ordering online

The ring is gorgeous! BUT don’t order it online with delivery. Buy it at the store or pick it up at the store. My ring was stolen from the package and Macy’s refuses to issue a refund even if I have a police report. The received package was ripped open in the center and retaped shut. The jewelry case was also damaged and the ring was missing. It wasn’t done by a passerby. I contacted Macy’s numerous times, I filed a police report, and opened a dispute with the bank, but Macy’s insists that if the package was delivered they cannot do anything. It was delivered by UPS. I’m very disappointed about merchant’s service and attitude, very upset that I have no money and no ring, and shocked that someone from the delivery chain is robbing people’s packages, but the merchant and the shipping company close their eyes to this situation.
