Great couch

The wrenley sectional feels like a good sturdy construction with plenty of cushion. I love the color in olive. I am very pleased with the ottoman and that it has a very sturdy sitting space. I have had ottomans before that do not seem like it could bear the wait of anything more than a actual foot. You feel very confident sitting on this. The fabric seems of good quality, durable but pleasant to feel on the skin. The overall experience with Macy's in store and delivery was excellent. Helpful and informed.

Really happy!

I've been looking for a green sofa for months. Finally see this one a decided to give it a try. Love the color. Love the vibe it gives the room. A little hard but will soften up with time. It's a heavy sofa. A little shorter than my last one but actually fits the room better.

Loveseat

I love this loveseat. It is very firm and I love the pillows that came with it. I have no problem relaxing and falling asleep on it. Looking forward to getting the matching sofa.

Dreamy blue velvet couch

I am not a frequent furniture shopper-I want my furniture to last until I choose to get rid of it, not the other way around. My furniture choices from Macy’s have always stood the test of time, while retaining their comfort & looks. We’re looking forward to many years with the classic perfect-shade-of-blue (velvet!) couch we found at Macy’s. Ordering, delivery, communication, everything was a breeze. The price was good, too! We highly appreciate, & recommend shopping for furniture at Macy’s.

I want to cry.

I am almost tearful. My pieces have been here less than 24 hours. Initially I was elated. This morning in the light I can see defects. There is poor workmanship on main cushion, wrinkling & snags appearing on fabric. I am the only one who has sat on it & how is it going to appear in 2-3 years! This is my first sofa in 30 years. I researched extensively & thought this would be a quality piece. So, so disappointed!!!

Avoid Avoid Avoid

This started sinking within 2 months. (I'm 140 lbs) 1 year later this is almost unbearable to sit on, let alone lay on without developing crippling back pain from the collapsed cushions and lack of structural support beneath you. Think 30yr old mattress in a roadside motel. That's what you're sitting on here. It's shameful. I'm out thousands of dollars and stuck with a massive sectional I'll be lucky to get a couple hundred for.

Awesome couch

I cannot be happier with the couch. Amazing color and quality. Fits my tiny apartment perfectly. Great delivery service. I went to Macy´s Herald Square to see it in person and within 2 days I had it perfectly delivered at home. I went for the dove color but the olive one is also very pretty.

don't buy

With regular use, this couch has lasted less then 3 years before seams started to rip open. And about 1 year the fabric started to show wear. After contacting the customer service chat, I was met with a person that used improper English and said I needed to call, because I reached the incorrect place, despite having hit the link off the product warranty page. 0/10, not recommended buying from Macy's.
