Good Knives
I kind of wish I would have spent the extra money and purchased the Classic Series instead of the Gourmet Series steak knives. The Gourmet is fine and they do the job, but I like a little more weight to my knives.

Sharp!!!! Excellent quality, easy to hold. Perfect size. I am a retired butcher and appreciate quality steel for a knife.

Very skimpy very disappointed
Purchased these knives after purchasing our Wusthof Flatware. Unfortunately, we discarded the box or we would have returned them. They do rust after the dishwasher and more importantly they bend when using. If I wanted a flimsy knife I would have purchased a cheap set. These were not cheap, even on sale. Very disappointed. Still going to try and return. Nothing like described.
