Great - Until it Breaks

This rice cooker was good for a while, but it died outside of warranty. It still makes rice, but the screen is totally messed up. I bought this expecting it to be a great long term purchase. If it does break, you will learn that they do not sell replacement parts and you have to ship it into a service center to be serviced. The closest one to me is 4 states away and has expensive diagnostic fees - it would be cheaper to buy a new one. Very disappointed in the long term value for the price of the cooker.

This has stood the test of time! I have been using it for years for both sweet and savory meals. I love it so much and will always have one. Easy to clean, move about and store. Also it really makes the best rice I ever had.

Great gift!

Gifted to my daughter. She loves it! I have the same one, It's a work horse. I don't use all of it's features, but I find the rice cooker makes it super easy to make and it turns out perfectly every time. The warmer feature makes it indispensable.
