Missing parts

This product was missing the rubber ring that seals the bottom chamber, so it does not seal properly. And therefore, does not actually make coffee. I tried multiple different times only to discover the product is faulty because of the missing part. Don't buy.

I washed this before starting to use it and all the paint came off and stuck to the inside making this unusable

do not use on gas stove top

first time I tried on my gas burner lowest setting the handle melted completely away!!
