Dead battery!!

As it happened to at least two other customers as I can see in the reviews, this beautiful watch came with a dead , non-replaceable battery. Returning to the store

DEAD on arrival

I'm a wee bit ticked that Macy's would ship me a DEAD on arrival watch... I was excited to get it, it's nice looking but I'm not about to go out and shop for a new battery. Returning it!

Disappointed

I love the watch—the way it looks, the craftsmanship, the way it fits without the extra link; however, I don’t know if it runs since it has a dead battery. I wish the vender would check their products before sending to make sure they work.

love this watch

Anne Klien has always delivered in term of quality and beauty. this watch is another example of it. it shined as soon as i opened the box, the box itself is very good quality and the watch was completely secured in a nice way inside a padding. i wore this watch to couple of special occasions and my friends loved it. i am more in love with Anne Klein products now.

This is beautiful

I'm absolutely in love with my watch. It is perfect with any outfit, and the Crystals look gorgeous. I wear it everyday, and the band is very comfortable. I would highly recommend this to anyone in the market for a new watch.

Beautiful watch and fits perfectly!

I love this watch and it fits perfectly in my wrist.I love the gold color with the crystal sparkle and love that it is high quality.Does not feel tight on wrist and will not move around.I love this and looks like the picture I saw online.
